Kirk Copeland, President of KBD, spent his pre-college days working on the family farm near Windsor, North Carolina. After graduating from East Carolina University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a minor in manufacturing engineering, Kirk worked as a manufacturing engineer, industrial engineer and plant manager for a North Carolina based furniture company.
With a solid work ethic and desire to offer discerning home owners the highest quality, locally-built custom cabinetry, Kirk, along with his brother Sid Copeland, began Kitchen and Bath Decisions in 1988 in Greenville, NC. Kirks education, experience and appreciation for quality built furniture inspires him to craft the best value custom cabinetry that you can find in Eastern North Carolina.
When he is not managing Kitchen and Bath Decisions, Copeland enjoys farming, fishing and spending time at the river with his wife Lynn and their two children, Anna and Kabe.
